A the end of November 2023 we listed our condominium at Pacifico with Alain Mouquet of Tres Amigos. Alain did an excellent job of pricing the offering price, making a video of the key features of the property and showing it to potential buyers. We had an agreed sale at over 95% of our offer price and closed in mid-March 2024. We were pleased with the whole process and would recommend Alain to any potential buyer or seller.
